Result Gothenburg International Show

Today the well known allround-judge Mr Zvi Kupferberg judged Bullmastiffs at the International Kennel Club Show in Gothenburg. Kirium's Tiger Lily (Selene, daughter of Southwind Dig a Pony Sumertym and Kirium's Willow Wren) won the junior class with excellent and was placed as 2nd in the best bitch class. She showed like a dream and had a great time. Needless to say we are very proud of her, especially as she is just about one year old.

Here are some new pictures of our beautiful Canadian import Banbury's Shadow Dancer (aka Shadow). He is now 16 months old and we are so very pleaeed with him.

Today at the second SKK show in Visby, CH Kirium's Miracle Worker was again awarded BOB. Benny Blid von Schwedin from Sweden was judging. BOS was CH Bullgrin's Charmed One. Congratulations to Masse and his owners Mia and Hugo yet again.
In a few weeks this handsome boy will be a father for the first time. Check out his upcoming litter at Kennel Friisengaarden in Denmark.

Masse did it again!

Today CH Kirium's Miracle Worker was awarded BOB at the Swedish Kennel Club Show in Visby.
Wenche Eikeseth from Norway was judging. BOS was CH Bullgrin's Charmed One.

Kirium's Miracle Worker BOB and Swedish Champion

Today Kirium's Miracle Worker was awarded BOB and the CC at the show in Ronneby. This means he is now Swedish Champion. Congratulations to Masse and his owners Mia and Hugo. Well done!

The puppies have arrived

Alice's and Zapata's puppies were born during the night. So far all has gone well. Check the Dagbok for pictures within the next week or so.

Jane Swedish and Danish Champion

Today Jane (Kirium's Saffron Sunshine) was awarded the CC and Best of Breed at the SKK show in Tvååker. This means she is now both Swedish and Danish Champion.
Masse (Kirium's Miracle Worker) was awarded the dog-CC and BOS.
Steve Hall (UK) was judging. Needless to say we are all very happy!

Jane at the Bullmastiff Speciality

This weekend at the Swedish Bullmastiff Speciality the judge Alan Rostron (Graecia, UK) awarded Jane (Kirium's Saffron Sunshine) excellent and 4th in the open class.

That made her one of only four placed Swedish bitches (two of which were veterans) at this show. Sophie (Viking Sister du Mont de l'Aigle) was also there, she got excellent but did not place. Congratulations also to Gitte Friis from Kennel Friisengaarden in Denmark for her success with Jane's cousin Rockybalboa (a son of Kirium's Dream Catcher) who was awarded excellent 1 and best junior male.

We are expecting puppies!

Today an ultrasounnd-scan showed that Alice (Lombardy Angelica) is in whelp with Bulldale Zapata. If everything goes well the puppies will arrive end of July/beginning of August.

Jane CC in Varde

Today Jane (Kirium's Saffron Sunshine) was awarded the CC at the Danish Kennel Club Show in Varde. Vincent O'Brien (Ire) was judging.

Kirium's Miracle Worker BOB and BIG-4

Today Kirium's Miracle Worker was awarded Best of Breed and 4th in the group at the show in Hässleholm, Sweden. Congratulations to Masse and his owners Mia and Hugo.

Shadow clear on heart and elbows.

Banbury's Shadow Dancer aka Shadow has been heart scanned for the first time as well as elbow scored. Both clear. His preliminary hip x-rays looked fine (and prelim'd as C) but he still has some growing to do. He will be officially hipscored in the fall.

Jane CC at the Swedish Club Show

Yesterday we had our yearly Club Show. Pamela Jeans-Brown (UK) had an entry og 49 dogs. She found her BOB in the beautiful bitch MultiCh Friisengaarden's Annabel and her BOS in very handsome S N Ch, NordV 07 Sotarbackens Very Valentino. Jane (Kirium's Saffron Sunshine) was placed 2nd best bitch and was awarded the CC, Sophie (Viking Sister du Mont de l'Aigle) was placed 3rd best bitch.
Masse (Kirium's Miracle Worker) also showed. He got excellent and placed reserve in Open Dog.

Zapata free on hips, elbows and heart

Zapata has been hip and elbow-scored as well as heart checked. His resultat are HD B, AD 0 and his heart checked clear. Needless to say, we are very happy and pleased. We plan on him being a dad sometime later this year.

The puppies have arrived

Willow had her puppies the night between Sunday and Monday. A week too soon so they are very small. Apart from that all went well, she free-whelped, had plenty of milk and she is acting like a seasoned professional in the puppy-box. I am so proud of her. Check the blogg (dagbok) for pictures. I will start posting them in a few days.
